Seyfu Jamaal had a breakthrough victory at the massive Milton Keynes Half Marathon this weekend with a 66:06 winning time.TheGBNI cross-country teams were proud to bepodium performers infive of theseven events in the European Cross Country Championships in Portugal. Elsewhere the Telford 10k was a loaded field as reported yesterday and Verity Ockenden was in great form in the indoor 5000m at Boston.

Waves of PBs at Telford 10k

With such a poplar event, the Telford 10k had three waves of eager runners on the town centre course around the local lake. The first saw Adam Craig front run an awesome PB of 28:32. Samantha Harrison also made new ground in Wave 2 of the 10k festival in Shropshire with her 32:31 PB.
